The Rooted Leadership Programme

Culture and inclusion are not HR responsibilities — they are leadership practices. This multi-session cohort experience is designed for mid-to-senior leaders who are ready to examine their own role in shaping the culture around them, and to build the skills to do it differently. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how culture is made and unmade, how inclusion works at a systemic level, and what it looks like in practice to lead in a way that brings more people with you. Sessions combine facilitated learning, peer reflection, and real-world application — because leadership development only works when it connects to the work.

Board Ready: Inclusion at the Top

Inclusion that doesn't reach the boardroom doesn't reach far enough. This executive workshop is designed for boards, NEDs, and C-suite leadership teams who want to understand how their decisions, dynamics, and culture set the conditions — or the barriers — for inclusion across the whole organisation. Drawing on governance practice and inclusive leadership research, we create space for honest, high-level conversation about what the data is really saying, where accountability lies, and what leadership at the top needs to look and feel like.
